Eating out in José Ignacio is seasonal. Much of what opens in January is closed by Easter, and hours change from one week to the next, so it is worth confirming before you drive.

The list below is kept short on purpose: we only publish places once we have checked them ourselves.

Parador La Huella

A legendary beach parador and one of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants. Grilled octopus, sea bass ceviche and entrecôte straight off the grill, plus the dulce de leche volcano. Bohemian, barefoot and hard to book in January.
